This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques.
Included is a three-course gluten-free lunch and drinks including Gippsland wine and beverages. An apron and gardening gloves to use during the class are supplied along with a take-home recipe booklet.
You do not need to bring anything. Jacican supplies everything you will need to pick, cook and share a three-course lunch. They just ask that you wear closed-toe shoes, as you will be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class.
