Make your own pasta, slow cook meats, and seasonal desserts all using garlic grown in the Jacican kitchen garden.
Included is a three-course garlic flavoured lunch and drinks including Gippsland wine and beverages. An apron and gardening gloves to use during the class are supplied along with a take-home recipe booklet.
Youd do not need to bring a thing. Jacican supplies everything you will need to pick, cook and share a three-course lunch. They just ask that you wear closed-toe shoes, as you will be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class.
