Create homemade sausage rolls from scratch, including the rough puff pastry and beef filling. Make sweet pies using sweet short-crust and rough puff pastry, filled with Jacican Vacola fruits
The pies, pasties and sausage roll cooking class is hands-on. Together you will make all the pastries from scratch, then bake sweet pies, pasties and sausage rolls.
This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that pastry is not as hard as you think.
Included in pies, pasties and sausage rolls cooking class at Jacican is an apron and gardening gloves to use during the class are supplied along with a take-home recipe booklet.
Jacican supplies everything that you will need to make your own pies, pasties and sausage rolls. You will just need to wear closed-toe shoes as you may be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class.
