Sourdough Baking Workshop is aimed at introduction level for everything covering how to make sourdough bread. The entire process from start to finish is covered with you doing all the steps. You get to make dough, bake bread, understanding fermentation and your starter culture as well as get tips for making baking fit in with your lifestyle, different methods, flours and troubleshooting.
The class is small so you get very personal attention and assistance. Full comprehensive notes provided, light lunch and refreshments included as well as ongoing unconditional support. Maree is a long time baker and a qualified trainer.
