Cycle through amazing countryside and wonderful old towns to the spectacular coast and then back through historic old settlements on quiet roads through the rolling green hills of Gippsland.
This five day and four night tour takes you on a wonderful journey to all parts of the Anderson wild cattle run set up by Anderson in the 1830’s. The scenery is amazing and varied. It has everything from old historic settlements to wonderful mountains to foodie towns to small hamlets sitting right on the beach. You will love the journey from the rolling country to the wild Bass coast.
You have five days cycling, averaging around 40 kilometers each day, with an option to do some or all of the George Bass Coastal Walk which starts at Kilcunda with its fantastic views, amazing headlands and protected coves. You have plenty of time to swim at the beaches, stop in cafes, stay in old country towns, cycle through reserves, sample local produce, beers and whiskies, explore museums or simply relax. Every day is different.
You can look forward to friendly accommodation each night alongside the beach or in lovely, quiet, country towns. You are assured of a warm welcome each night.
