Start the tour in Melbourne where you will board the prebooked coach to Gippsland. Leave Southern Cross Railway Station from the bay right next to the SkyBus. The ride is two hours. You will love the views along the way. They will meet you off the coach and take you to Alkira Garden Studios, your accommodation for the night.

At the end of your tour, you will be collected you in time for the return coach to Melbourne Southern Cross or to return you to your car. No need to rush or feel pressured. They are here to make sure your getaway is just as relaxing (or challenging) as you want it to be.

  • We start this tour on any day of the year. There are no minimum numbers required. You will take the prebooked coach from Melbourne and we will collect you from the Leongatha coach stop for your first nights accommodations. We will fit you with bikes and you will be ready to start in the morning. We will ensure you are finished intime for your trip back to Melbourne at the end of your getaway.

    Complete the rail Trail from Leongatha to Port Welshpool and enjoy the whole historical journey ending at the historic port with views across Quiet Corner to Snake island. Enjoy the small town of Fish Creek, described as 'Unusually Arty' with its five art galleries, Alison Lester Bookshop (yes she lives close by) and stunning art deco Fishy Pub. Love the fresh food, wines, breakfasts and scenery as you cycle this traffic free route.
  • Great Southern Getaway Grand Ridge upto 160km
