Gippsland Food Adventures want you to have fun while learning about the impacts of breeding, feeding and handling on the quality of your steaks, and understand where different cuts of meat come from and why they need different cooking methods. The tour will cover all aspects of the meat industry from production to processing.
The tour will include paddock driving, a bush walk and livestock inspections in sheep yards, so appropriate clothing and footwear need to be worn. The adventure finishes with lunch and Gippsland wine.
