Brunch at The Shared Table

Acclaimed Ballarat chef Dianne Ray has been wowing diners from across the state in her new cool, clean and relaxed dining room in the historic village of Buninyong, 10 minutes from the heart of Ballarat. She seamlessly blends Northern European traditions with Japanese culinary sensibilities.

This summer she launches her new series of seasonally inspired long brunches that highlight her generosity of spirit and skill as a chef. Dishes change with the seasons but could include a delicious egg roll taco with crunchy salt. Follow with perhaps succulent slow cooked Sher Wagyu rib straps with yuzu salsa verde or something as simple as a brownie with tahini honey coulis.
