Peter Ford Catering brings you a series of Master classes for 2020 which are immersive, educational and on location. Featuring produce from our local region, you'll enjoy the sights and sounds of the featured producer venue, whilst learning from innovative local chef, Peter Ford.
Saturday 12 September - Pinot and Game, Latta Wines at Eastern Peake Vineyard.
Arrival at Winery at 11:00am for a taste of Pinot and cheese plates on arrival. Meet award winning winemaker Owen Latta (Australia’s 2018 winemaker of the year) and Peter Ford and enjoy a wine discussion and talk about the marriage of Pinot and Game. 11:30am - Peter Ford start class (1.5 hours) learn how to prepare game. At 1:00pm sit down to a casual table of Pinot and Game for lunch, where you will have the opportunity to purchase wine from the cellar door. Departure at 3:00pm.
