Let chef Lucy Ngyuen and her team take you on a culinary tour of Saigon by night with this set menu of five or so dishes of real Vietnamese street food. Some dishes include charcoal grilled chicken and pork skewers, Vietnamese ‘pizza’ with grilled rice paper topped with egg, spring onion and Vietnamese ham.
