Buninyong Chef Dianne Ray has not only put together an exceptional picnic hamper for summer, she has also done the research and chosen a few selected sites in and around the historic village of Buninyong. Scan the QR Code on the hamper and her secret chosen sites will appear on your phone.
The hamper includes shiitake mushroom palmier with black garlic tapenade, potted prawns with black sesame crumpet, cold sriracha fried chicken with smoked tartare and roasted wagyu fillet and potato salad in milk buns plus a salad of pearl barley, smoked almonds and parsley. For dessert, you have all the ingredients to build your own mini pav. $130 for two. Add ons include wine and cocktail in a can.
