Sweet Summer Selection which includes One Goat Moscato, One Goat Brut, Lost Found Forgotten Remembered Sparkling Shiraz and One Goat Sauvignon Blanc or;
Dry Summer Selection which includes One Goat Rose, Umbrella Man Chardonnay, Umbrella Man Pinot Noir and Umbrella Man Tempranillo.
