To celebrate its festival blooming citywide this March, the City of Ballarat is marking this occasion with the letters of the city’s most famous bloom, the stunning Begonia. They hailed their local creatives to bring the jumbo letters to life by dressing each letter, delivering joy and amazement to your festival journey.
