The City of Ballarat has commissioned six local artists to create the 12 Days of Christmas Windows to fill shopfronts and streets with Christmas joy and creativity.
Come and meet artist Melinda Muscat and hear her inspiration behind her windows: A Partridge in a Pear Tree and Two Turtle Doves.
Melinda Muscat is a local Ballarat artist who works across a variety of art platforms, including painting, drawing, sculpture, fabric design and giftware. She has a love and passion for colour first and foremost. She believes that if you let it, colour can make the world a beautiful and happy place.
Follow the trail of the 12 Days of Christmas Windows starting with the Partridge in a Pear Tree at Central Square down through the streets to 12 Drummers Drumming in the Bridge Mall.
