Visit Gwynnyth Vineyards and sample a range of quality elegant wines and delicious Mediterranean products.
In a beautiful escarpment in the Pyrenees Range, bottles of aged sparkling vintage cider are created, having a lively sparkle, the clean taste of Pink Lady apple, together with a complex finish, with some residual sweetness.
Gwynnyth Vineyard also produces an oaked Chenin Blanc, similar to the great Vouvray wines, which makes an ideal accompaniment to rich fish dishes or soft-ripened cheeses.
Gwynnyth Vineyards aged Cabernets, although only of moderate alcoholic content, are long-lived and complex wines, ideally suited to accompany flavoursome roast meats or aged cheeses.
A wood-aged Tawny Plum Port, a fantastic sipping wine, to accompany such dishes as caramel custard, creme brulée or fruit salads, as well as, cheese platters and coffee and a fruity Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage Liqueur complete the range.
Pyrenees Gourmet Products are one of only a very few places in Australia that sell locally produced capers and caper products. These savoury products, together with Moonambel Gap olive oil and Pyrenees olives complete the food and wine offerings, which you are sure to enjoy when you go to the cellar door.
