This lesson is designed for anyone wanting to give SUP or Prone paddling a try, in a smaller group setting. Suitable for the absolute beginner to athletes for cross training, preparing for a race or developing race skills.

The session is tailored specifically to your individual or small groups needs. Refine your paddle stroke, build on your skills, train for an event, prepare for open ocean paddling, the choices are endless.

Dates, times and locations are purely up to you and your coach to discuss and plan together, and are available at all three locations on visiting days.

Stillwater Paddleboards is central Victoria's only Standup Paddleboard school affiliated with Surfing Australia.
