The Ballarat Visitor Information Centre is located in the heart of Ballarat's Heritage and Arts Precinct, inside the glorious Ballarat Town Hall. The Ballarat Visitor Information Centre offers detailed information on the full range of Ballarat's attractions and accommodation options, along with information on surrounding regions and Melbourne.

Additional visitor facilities include free visitor parking, public internet access, free Wi-Fi and mobile phone charging points.

For visitors arriving by train or bus, the Visitor Centre is only a short walk from Ballarat's central station, and visitor service volunteers meet the most popular trains, offering a friendly face and everything you need to allow you to commence your Ballarat experience from the moment you step off the train.
