One Bedroom Budget
Room capacity: 4

The one bedroom budget apartments are for the savvy traveler who are after a bargain. If you are after something cheap and cheerful these are for you. There are older style but have all the mod cons. There is kitchenette with everything but an oven to cook with. A flat screen television and a DVD player. A shower and separate toilet and living/dining area with large double doors to the bedroom that makes it very private and quiet. If you are out exploring the Grampians all day and just need something clean and practical these apartments are for you. There is always the indoor pool and spa to soothe those muscles at the end of the day. There is also a laundry at the end of the units. These apartments are very popular with international travellers who want to spend a longer stay in the Grampians. The longest stay has been two weeks and they loved it.

One Bedroom Deluxe
Room capacity: 4

The deluxe units are one bedroom apartments that have been totally renovated in the last two years. They are perfect for a affordable stay with hint of luxury and accommodate one to four people. They feature a kitchenette with microwave and kitchen facilities, there are electric frypans and hotplates, no stove. The bathroom is fresh and clean and has a rain shower head. Big new hot water systems, new carpet and tiling throughout and freshly painted. So for a couple or family that is budget conscience but discerning – these units are great value. There are differing bedding configurations of queen room, twin room or family room. Parking is at your door and a communal laundry is at the far end of the block of units.

Two Bedroom Unit
Room capacity: 6

There is only one two bedroom unit. It has full kitchen facilities and very large open plan living area with leather lounges and a dining table that seats six. It also has a cosy wood heater, electric heating and a reverse cycle air conditioning. There is a full laundry attached to the unit which also has a carport. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two sets of bunks sleeping up to six guests comfortably. The bathroom is central. This unit has a large grassed shared area out the front of the unit perfect for outdoor dining. There is another unit next door with just a queen bed which makes it perfect for grandparents (or a parents retreat). It is also perfect if you have eight guests. Ask for Unit 9 and 10.

Two Bedroom Cottage

The beautiful two bedroom sandstone cottages are perfect for families or couples. They are very private with your own veranda and alfresco area all to yourselves. The cottages have full kitchen facilities, a large dining area that seats six and a large living area with comfortable leather lounges. Flat screen televisions, DVD player, in winter a cosy wood heater and in summer ducted evaporated air conditioning. The bedrooms have a queen bed in the master bedroom and some have a double bed with a single bed above it in the second bedroom. Other cottages have three single beds in the second bedroom. A bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet. There are four cottages that are perfect for a relaxing time away and also are very popular for groups, as each family has their own cottage but a lot of space to get together where the kids can be free range and safe. With the large undercover barbecue area for all seasons and the gas and solar heated indoor pool and spa complex – there is something for everyone.
