Griffins Hill is a peaceful, contemporary, architect designed yoga retreat set within a six acre bountiful landscaped garden, two kilometres from Dunkeld in Victorias west. Surrounded by panoramic views of the Southern Grampians, Griffins Hill yoga retreats focus on yoga, rest and organic vegetarian meals.
Griffins Hill Retreat offers Iyengar yoga, organic home grown vegetarian food, luxurious accommodation, spectacular mountain views and an abundance of wildlife. Grampians National Park walking tracks adjoin the property making it easy to explore the Grampians.
Your teacher, Frank Jesse, has taught and practised yoga for more than 40,000 hours over 25 years, and has trained directly with the founder of Iyengar yoga, BKS Iyengar. As one of just 27 Iyengar teachers in Australia who has reached the highest designation of Senior Teacher, Frank's skills are renowned both nationally and internationally.
Frank and his partner, Jane Gibb, started the still-thriving Clifton Hill Yoga Studio. At Griffins Hill nestled at the base of the spectacular Mt Sturgeon, Frank and Jane have created another flourishing yoga studio. This time, Frank's expertise is combined with Jane's superb vegetarian food created from her beautiful organic garden and selected products from others in the Grampians region.
