The Lions Club of Hamilton's Trash and Treasure markets are on again. The Trash and Treasure Spring market has a diverse range of stalls including homemade baked goods and jams, plants, books, jewelry, candles, home-wares, local produce, fashion, bric-a-brac and used goods.
The October market is always an opportunity to grab early Christmas presents at reasonable prices and bargain galore. It is also a place where members of the local business and community groups can showcase their services and the whole family will love the miniature donkeys which have become a favorite regular attraction.
They have a new kids activity area with free activities or for a small fee kids can build a tool box, organised by the volunteers of the Hamilton Community House. Come and meet the clown too.
A variety of food and drink will be available from the Lions barbecue with tables and seating available.
Kids under 12 also receiving a free sausage sizzle. So have a bite to eat and a coffee, with all the profits returned to the community through Lions projects. Ample parking is available within the showgrounds.
Adults $2, children under 12 years are free.
