Merton Manor situated on the Great Ocean Road is a magnificent Italianate Villa built circa 1880 and it has been restored to its original grandeur. Merton Manor is now one of the finest private bed and breakfast in provincial Victoria and features a superb collection of classic antiques and paintings. Full breakfast is served each day in the Grand Dining Room. Wifi and direct dial phones in all suites.

Suites are mews style with private entrances, lounges and ensuites with double spas. Reverse-cycle air-con. and free off-street parking. There are open fires in the front public lounges, and beach walks, restaurants and shops are nearby. Billiards and Music rooms available for guests use. Tea/coffee, chocolates and cookies available at all times.

Merton Manor has six luxuriously appointed suites. All suites are air-conditioned with double spas. There are six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Elegant gardens and and outdoor entertaining areas.
