Stand Up Paddle Board lessons are a fantastic way to get yourself on the water and fit for life.
This ancient Hawaiian activity sport of kings is a safe and healthy way to explore the waterways or oceans while giving your core a workout. SUP lessons are also a fantastic way to build your ocean confidence and improve your surfing skills.
Included in your SUP lesson (stand up paddle boarding lesson) is stand up paddle board (Soft learner G board), paddle, wetsuit or rash shirt, sun screen, security storage and leg rope. Please bring your towel and swimwear as well as water and a change of clothes. Do not forget your camera.
Go Ride A Wave run small class sizes for stand up paddle boarding lessons, so booking in advance is essential. With small personal group sizes, you know that you will be well looked after and guaranteed a fantastic first experience.
Lessons run for one and a half hours.

Full-length wetsuits, soft surfboards and instruction for two hours are all provided. Classes are run in Anglesea, Torquay, Ocean Grove and Lorne.
Go Ride a Wave also offer Stand Up Paddle Boarding on the Anglesea River.
With proper instruction, Go Ride a Wave can get you out on the water either with a lesson or hire.
