Inter Dominion Championship

Tabcorp Park, 2 Ferris Road, Melton South, Victoria, 3338
15 Dec 2018

The most prestigious event in Australasian harness racing, The Inter Dominion (ID18), is returning to Victoria after a decade-long hiatus. Australia and New Zealand have several headline events throughout all regions and across the calendar, but nothing matches the Inter Dominion for the interest of sports and racing fans.

Opening with the hard-fought Heats at Tabcorp Park Melton on December 1, Ballarat on December 4 and Cranbourne on December 8 and culminating in the Grand Final at Tabcorp Park on Saturday December 15, ID18 will showcase some of Australasia’s greatest equine athletes.

While racing is the central theme, ID18 is about more than horses and their trainers and drivers as the worlds of sport, entertainment, food and fashion collide in a unique spectacle.

The Grand Final will be a celebration for the young and the young at heart, with a food truck zone that boasts the finest cuisines and the fun of roving entertainment, children’s activities and celebrity guests.
