Meet Copper Pot's new culinary cousin, Messer. Chefs Ashley Davis and Sascha Rust bring their pan-European fare to Gertrude Street with a market accent. The daily changing menu ('market list') is all peak-season produce carefully sourced and prepared with the pair's signature flair. Expect fresh seafood – smoked trout 'sandwich', sardines or surf clams – along with meatier offerings of rotisserie pork hock, Venison tartare and Angus rump.
