Since arriving in Melbourne a quarter of a century ago he's become revered for myriad good reasons – and only one of them is his mouth-wateringly excellent rotisserie chicken. After missing from the dining scene for too long, Mouchel's eponymous fancy French bistro has hung onto the bird that's made him so beloved, as well as a series of other staples.
