Avilla by the Bay consists of TWO fully self contained two bedroom apartments in the same complex , accommodating up to four guests in each apartment (total eight). Each apartment contains a full modern kitchen / lounge room suitable for longer stays. Avilla By The Bay is located in Rye, a short 150 metres from the white sandy beaches of Port Phillip.
All an easy stroll to the owner's favourite independent wine bar, mini cafe and an array of fashion shops and gourmet restaurants. Rye Pier and walks are also only moments away.
Avilla By The Bay is only a short drive to the hinterland where you can visit Mornington Peninsula's renowned wineries. There is also easy access to the Queenscliff-Sorrento car ferry and you can play a round of golf on one of the world renowned golf courses.
The Peninsula Hot Springs is also a must. Most guests over the years visit this magic experience.
Price range quoted above is based on two people in twin or double room with the use of one bedroom and all living spaces. Maximum number of guests is four per apartment and there are additional charges for the third and forth guest.

Avilla by the Bay One is a fresh new bright and exciting beach unit offering two bedrooms, full modern new kitchen, private courtyard and lock up garage; just 150 metres to the beach. Avilla by the Bay One sleeps up to four people with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a king / twin bed in the second bedroom [this bedroom offers a choice of either a king bed or two single beds]. Also included is a European laundry bathroom with stylish shower, comfortable lounge with large flat screen TV. Off street parking is available in a lock up garage and space for additional guests car. All linen and towels, as well as starter breakfast ingredients are included in your tariff.
