Boardwalk Cottages offers two storybook style cottages, nestled into the hill of a six acre property, overlooking family vineyard and Balcolmbe Creek Reserve in Mount Martha.

The cottages accommodate two to four guests each. There is a queen sized bed in the main living area (studio style) and there is a separate bedroom with double bed. High cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans, ensure the units are airy, but cosy. The bathroom features a spa bath, and in the kitchen there are full cooking facilities with basic pantry. Initial provisions for a cooked breakfast is provided.

Just minutes from the cottages is the Balcolmbe Estuary Boardwalk. A delightful 30 minute stroll along the boardwalk to the west, will lead you to the Mount Martha Village and Beach. To the east, the boardwalk heads into the Historical Briars homestead and park. By car, Mt Martha is the gateway to the wineries, beaches, golf courses, hot springs, mazes and markets of the Mornington Peninsula.

Prices include two guests. Children under 5 are free. Reduced rates May to October with a minimum of 7 nights stay. Full rates November to April - minimum 4 nights stay - with discounts for more than 7 nights.

Cottage One and Two
Room capacity: 4

Two Studio style cottages with a queen sized bed in the main living area and a double bed in a separate bedroom. Each cottage is well equipped with all the essentials, a basic pantry is provided with initial breakfast provisions. Situated on a rise, enjoy a glass on wine on the deck with views over the family vineyard and Balcombe Creek Reserve. A pleasant three kilometre stroll along the Estuary Boardwalk into Mt Martha Village and beach, or in the opposite direction a two kilometre walk to the historic Briars Homestead and Park.
