Perfect for large groups, Barefoot Beach Stays is located opposite to the popular Dromana swimming beach, only two minutes’ walk from the Visitor Information Centre and a five minute walk to shops, banks, pharmacy and local parks.

There are two large new luxury standalone holiday houses, Aquawaters (accommodating up to 12) and Barefoot Beach house (accommodating up to 17), located side by side in separate blocks in a prime location of Dromana. Bookings can be made separately.

Centrally located in Mornington Peninsula, providing access to all the facilities that the peninsula offers, such as Peninsula Hot Springs, tree surfing and maze, wineries, golf courses, Herron wood garden, craft markets, plenty of restaurants and walking tracks.

Combined bookings can also be made for up to 29 guests comfortably. Ideal for groups or corporate get-together's, wedding guests, big families, golfing, walking or cycling groups, couples and matured singles.

Both houses comprise of nine large bedrooms and seven full size bathrooms (including five ensuites), seven large living and dining areas, two full kitchens for self-catering, two barbecue areas in outside furnished pergolas, plenty of onsite parking including two lock up garages and enclosed backyards, Fully air-conditioned with polished floors throughout the living areas.

Aquawaters Holiday House

Just a one minute walk from the beautiful Dromana Beach and five minutes walk to shops, Aquawaters is a four bedroom, three bathroom large modern house featuring free Wi-Fi, secure access and ducted heating and cooling throughout. You can prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or using the barbecue facilities in the alfresco dining area open to the dining and family room. Additional access via lock up garage to separate laundry with one step to the property including downstairs master bedroom with ensuite, giving easy access to elderly guests. Polished floors in all living areas, sparkling bathrooms and a full kitchen with Miele appliances, large double door fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery will make you feel at home. Built in 2014, this house features three living areas, three flat-screen televisions and a DVD player. There is a separate area with a washing machine, boat parking, four to five car parking spots on-site and an enclosed backyard. This property has three queen size beds, one double bed, one bunk bed and one double sofa bed accommodating up to 12 guests. Bed linen is included with no additional charge.

Barefoot Beach House

This property is a one minute walk from the beach. Centrally located in the Mornington Peninsula, the five bedroom Barefoot Beach House is just a one minute walk from a swimming beach and a range of cafes and shops. It offers free Wi-Fi, a two car lock-up garage and a balcony offering both mountain and sea views. This holiday home features four bathrooms, an internal laundry and four living areas, including a large pergola patio with an outdoor shower and barbecue facilities accommodating up to 17 guests. Guests can relax in their air-conditioned house and watch a show on one of three flat-screen televisions. The modern fully equipped kitchen boasts Miele appliances, including a dishwasher. There is a spacious dining and lounge area. Bed linen is provided. This holiday home is close to popular tourist attractions that Mornington Peninsula offers such as Enchanted Garden, tree surfing, Large Maze, hot spring spas, wineries, golf courses and boating terminals.
