Open from 7:00am daily, award winning Head Chef Michael Cole offers an all-day menu with a focus on seasonal produce. Providing innovate, wholesome and healthy dishes to eat in or take home.
A series of hands-on cooking classes are offered allowing everyone to repeat their dining experiences at home, led by industry-leading chefs and cooked with premium Miele equipment, so everything works perfectly. Favourite cooking classes include Entertaining at Home, Death by Chocolate, My Love Affair with France, Patch to Plate, Tasty Vegan and Gluten Free and (weather permitting) foraging at Georgie Bass' very own Mornington Park.
Stay and Cook packages, in conjunction with the Flinders Hotel, offer guests the opportunity to participate in a hands-on cooking class at Georgie Bass Café and Cookery, before immersing in luxury accommodation at Quarters.
