Georgie Bass Café and Cookery, in conjunction with Miele, run fortnightly classes in Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula.
With space for up to 11 people these culinary classes are led by award-winning chefs who will enhance your cooking experience offering techniques and advice that you can replicate in your own kitchen.
The purpose-built Miele kitchen allows for ‘hands-on’ cooking experiences where each attendee has their own preparation area, induction cook tops and steam ovens to use.
Georgie Bass Café and Cookery pride themselves on using fresh seasonal produce from the ‘veggie patch’ at Mornington Park and showcase the best local produce across the Mornington Peninsula.
Some of their popular cooking classes include: Patch to plate, entertainment at Home, seafood, gluten free and vegan.
Combining the passion of cooking with modern appliances and sourcing fresh, seasonal produce, the aim is to revitalize your cooking experience.
Georgie Bass also welcome private group bookings for any day of the week - minimum eight people.
