The Quilts for Orphans Festival of Quilts runs from Friday 9 November to Sunday 18 November 2018, held at Mont De Lancey Historic Homestead.
The eight day extravaganza will host a quilt exhibition and sales, as well as other special events including a Gift Quilt-Tip Challenge, grand opening and luncheon, Victorian Quilter Inc. Janet O’Dell Trunk Show and devonshire tea, makers marathon, mystery workshop and more.
Quilts for Orphans' mission is to create ‘fabric hugs’ for children and adults in need worldwide . To date QFO’s have given away approximately 3,000 quilts. QFO’s fundraise to buy backing fabrics, threads and wadding.
Open 10:00am until 4:30pm but closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
