This quarterly Seasoned Dinner celebrates the talented community of Yarra Valley food and wine producers that we are so lucky to work with. This spring's edition sees Stones of the Yarra Valley teaming up with winemaker Jayden Ong of One Block Wines.
Join from 6:00pm in The Stables at Stones for a pre-dinner drink and canapés before taking your seat at one long table for an intimate and interactive evening of food and wine. The Stables kitchen team will present a five-course tasting menu starring perfectly matched with a selection of One Block Wines. Throughout the event, Jayden will share stories of life as a winemaker in the Yarra Valley and his interesting journey into the world of wine.
Following dinner, The Stables bar will be open for those wishing to purchase post dinner drinks, along with the opportunity to have a chat with Jayden and The Stables at Stones Executive Chef Hugh Davison.
