Coombe Farm was once the home of legendary soprano Dame Nellie Melba and is still owned and operated by her direct descendants, the Vestey family. The Coombe Farm vineyard was established in the 1990s and is located just north-east of Coldstream, approximately 60 kilometres from the centre of Melbourne.

Specialising in varieties historically suited to the Yarra Valley region, chardonnay, pinot noir, merlot and cabernet sauvignon, Coombe Farms's range of wines also includes other less common varieties such as pinot gris and viognier, as well as a traditional style of sparkling chardonnay. Wine tastings are available at the cellar door.
