Peter Ford Catering brings you a series of Master classes for 2020 which are immersive, educational and on location. Featuring produce from the local region, you'll enjoy the sights and sounds of the featured producer venue, whilst learning from innovative local chef, Peter Ford.
The day will start with an 11:00am arrival at Dairy. You will then have a tour of dairy and dairy awareness talk by Shane or Rach. At 11:30am - Peter Ford starts the class (two hours), using milk from the source, you will learn about cheese making, butter making (two ways), yoghurt making and fermentation. At 1:30pm – Enjoy the food prepared in the class with scones and crackers. All items made in the class you will get to take home, with class departure at 2:30pm.
$100pp plus booking fee - Limited to an intimate session of 30 people
