A full day of demonstrations and lively foodie discussion with some of Australia’s top chefs including: Andrew McConnell – Cutler & Co., Cumulus Inc, Supernormal, Rinky and Pinky, Melbourne, Matt Moran – ARIA, Barangaroo House, Chiswick, North Bondi Fish, Paddo Inn Grill, NSW.

Hosted by Lake House Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker AM in The Cooking School at Lake House. Day includes two demonstrations, recipes, tastings, baguette lunch, wine and refreshments.
