The Bellarine Railway volunteers are delighted to be able to welcome the public back for steam train rides along the shores of Swan Bay. Steam train rides recommenced on Sunday 6 December, after being closed since late March 2020 due to COVID.
Trains run on most Sundays year-round and selected public holidays. Family activities and specials are offered during school holidays. Private carriage hire is offered whenever the service is running and ideal for gatherings of 20+ – bookings are essential.
All trips are currently departing from Queenscliff Station only. Departures from Drysdale Station to return in 2021, with an announcement to be made at later date.
On running days trips will depart at 11:00 am, 12:15 pm and 2:00 pm.
Please note that seats may be limited and bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment.
