This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks. You will learn that making chutney is not as hard as you think.
Iincluded in summer preserves, chutney at Jacican is an apron and gardening gloves to use during the class are supplied along with a take-home recipe booklet.
Jacican supplies everything that you will need to pick and make your own summer preserves, chutney. They just ask that you wear closed-toe shoes as you will be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class.
