Gippsland lamb, Corner Inlet fish and Noojee trout are regular features on Trevor's menu, accompanied by fresh locally grown vegetables, fruit and herbs. The menu changes daily, reflecting Trevor's philosophy to cook with the season's best of regional and ethically produced ingredients. Trevor's tasting menu and in-house charcuterie, along with a wine list including renowned local wines, are all part of the dining experience at Hogget Kitchen.

Hogget Kitchen is a stunning venue overlooking an established vineyard and olive grove. Drinks on the deck in Summer or in front of the open fire in Winter, a long lunch or special dinner, Hogget Kitchen provides great Gippsland hospitality in all seasons. Bookings are available for lunch and dinner Thursday to Saturday, and lunch on Sunday.
