Join for an amazing dining experience, beneath the surface of Seppelt Wines in Great Western.
In 1865, Joseph Best, one of the forefathers of winemaking in Australia commissioned local gold miners to begin tunnelling cellars, known as “Drives”. It took over 60 years to complete the three and a half kilometres of cellars.
