Galah may celebrate all things of the Australian bush – herbs, botanicals and seasonal produce – but this 'boozery' is a far cry from an outback watering hole. Try roasted artichokes with lemon myrtle oil, crocodile with native pepper berry or mountain pepper emu carpaccio.
