The Broadsheet Kitchen has taken over Scott Pickett's Saint Crispin as an incubator for emerging culinary talent. Over a period of 12 months, four winning resident chefs will feature their food concepts at Saint Crispin under the mentorship of industry experts including Pickett, Andrew McConnell (Cutler & Co.) and Chris Lucas (Chin Chin).
The first rotation is underway, with first resident Ryan Dolan (Ramblr) and his take on "bistronomy" at Cabale. Expect refined French techniques with a creative twist.Content: Visit Victoria
