Matt Argus & Dave Irwin
Meet Matt and Dave of Patient Wolf Distilling Co, and discover their top spots in Melbourne.
Matt Argus and Dave Irwin are the duo behind Melbourne's Patient Wolf Distilling Co. Housed in a loft-style building in the back streets of Southbank, this working gin distillery slash bar offers up a seasonally-inspired menu. Choose from G&Ts and classic cocktails such as the Negroni and Martini, alongside more experimental, hand-crafted drinks.
As head distiller, Dave hosts gin masterclasses during venue opening hours, which offer a sneak peek behind the distilling process, and tasting flights of the urban distillery's signature gins.
