Itinerary
Werribee's well-known for its wildlife and wineries, but did you know that you can also explore this Melbourne suburb's network of nature spots and tuck into its thriving foodie scene? Make a day of it and discover why we’re wild about Werribee.
Bay West Driving Trail
Head out of Melbourne’s CBD, over the Westgate Bridge and west of Altona, where Werribee and surrounds are an easy turn off the M1. Stretching from Werribee South’s foreshore and up beyond the region’s lush market gardens – cherry pick your favourite spots to explore on a relaxed road trip out of town.
Werribee South Foreshore
Stop off to scrunch the sand between your toes on a seaside leg-stretch with views across Port Phillip to the You Yangs Regional Park. The foreshore has boat and jet-ski ramps so you can splash about in boats, canoes and kayaks or zip across the water on a jet-ski.

Campbell's Cove
For a slice of sea and side of history, wind back along the coast via Werribee South Beach and Wyndham Harbour to Campbell's Cove’s quirky boat sheds – pops of colour along the shoreline that date back over 100 years.
