The day begins with a visit to Gateway Estate Farmhouse for a tour of the greenhouse plus platters of fresh fruit and seasonal produce. In the morning you also visit Napoleone Cider House and Brewery for generous samples of delicious ciders and ales as well as the picturesque Yarra Valley Chocolateire and Ice-creamery.

In the afternoon you will visit two of Autopia Tours' favourite boutique wineries, each selected for excellence in customer experience and quality wine tastings.

This fun day tour includes a game of pétanque with a bottle of wine for the winner. Followed by gourmet lunch at Killara Estate Winery. Spend a day with Autopia Tours and experience all this beautiful region has to offer.

    At Gateway Estate, you will sample the best seasonal local produce such as berries, apples and stone fruit as well as a selection of local cheeses and relishes. Gateway Estate also houses an indoor ‘U-pick’ strawberry indoor hydroponic greenhouse with strawberry picking available most of the year round. Have the opportunity to sample the Gateway strawberry liqueurs and ports and try the famous ‘strawberry shot-cake’.
  • Experience the rustic charm of a cider ale house at Napoleone Brewery & Cider House
    It is not all about wine at Autopia Tours. At this rustic, inviting cider house, you will be served a generous tasting of four ciders and ales. If you have not tried cider before, be prepared for tingling tastebuds. The Yarra Valley has been the home of cider since the 1900s, and the Napoleone family have been in the game for three generations. Using only premium estate-grown apples and pears, the ciders you will sample here are made onsite with 100 percent fresh juice. Nothing else, no concentrates, no additives, and they are even gluten free.
  • Two course Italian inspired winery lunch at Killara Estate
    After a wine tasting with a view over the valley the tour will sojourn to the restaurant for the Italian inspired lunch overlooking the vines. First course is shared antipasto plates, followed by a selection of pizzas and pastas with a variety of wine available to purchase.
  • Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery
    Indulge on free chocolate while you watch the Belgian and French chocolatiers handcraft over 250 different chocolate and truffle varieties. You are sure to walk away with something delicious from the ‘Great Wall of Chocolate’. The range of sweet treats includes chocolates infused with fruits and nuts from the Chocolaterie’s orchard of cherries, plums, apricots, citrus, almonds and more. On a hot day, what could be better than luscious home-made ice cream?
