This small group of maximum eight guests, hiking tour is made for those who want the best of the beach and the mountains.

The day tour arrives at Wilsons Prom and embark on the first hike for the day which goes through beautiful terrain and emerges to the vastness of “The Big Drift” Wilsons Promontory sand dunes. An out of this world and inescapable view that can be often over-looked.

Then you will be taken on a small drive to the general store cafe for lunch. Next, it is time for the second hike, a 6.8 kilometre return journey to the famous Mt Oberon. From the summit, you will experience arguably the best coastal views in Victoria.

The next stop is Tidal River for a cheeky ice cream, before heading to Squeaky Beach. Here you can wander on the incredibly white rounded grains of quartz which make a squeaking sound giving this popular local beach its name.

Finally, as the tour departs the National Park, you will make a stop to see our native friends. There is a high chance to see Wombats, Emus, Kangaroos and Wallabies.

Join James and Mette, nature lovers, hikers and seekers on a Hike & Seek tour.

While hiking through Victoria’s Sealers Cove in Wilson Promontory they came up with the idea of Hike & Seek as a way of combining their love of nature, nutrition, travel and good times with fellow travellers and locals alike.

So they set out on a mission to find the most beautiful and epic hiking destinations all within a short drive from Melbourne. What better way to see all that Victoria has to offer than in a VW Kombi van, the original adventurer. They named her Olivia and restored her for maximum comfort on the road. Since the humble beginnings they have introduced a few newer model VW to the fleet, Biggie and Panda. Both are built for adventure and share the same free-spirited soul of what we set out to offer through Hike & Seek.

The intimate, small group hiking tours have been designed for other like-minded folk who share the same enthusiasm, curiosity and sense of respect for nature and the outdoors that they have.

If that sounds like you, go ahead and explore with Hike & Seek tours.
