Pt Leo Estate adds another string to an already winning bow with intimate fine-dining restaurant Laura. Chef Phil Wood of Rockpool and Eleven Bridge fame takes the helm, crafting regional produce such as mussels, corn, lion’s mane mushrooms and pickled vine leaves into creative four- to six-course tasting menus. Laura's got the nod for Gourmet Traveller New Restaurant of the Year 2019 and finalist for Best Regional Restaurant 2020, as well as gaining two hats from Good Food Guide 2020, and we're not surprised.
