Pt Leo Estate adds another string to an already winning bow with intimate fine-dining restaurant Laura. Chef Phil Wood of Rockpool and Eleven Bridge fame takes the helm, crafting regional produce such as mussels, corn, lion’s mane mushrooms and pickled vine leaves into creative four- to six-course tasting menus. Laura gets the nod for TimeOut Best Regional Restaurant 2018, Australian Gourmet Traveller New Restaurant of the Year 2019, and two hats from Good Food Guide 2019, and we're not surprised.
