Learn how to bottle up your own delicious summer fruit. Be instructed by bottling experts in a personalised session, get shown how to prepare, pack and cook fruit in order to successfully preserve fruit to enjoy the following season.
Bottle up one jar of fruit to take away each session for $10 per person, preserve extra bottles for $5 each (limit three bottles per person per session).
Bottling sessions run hourly each day between 10:00am to 2:00pm. Each session runs from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on group size, plus cooking time additional (please add on 40 minutes after to wait for your bottles to be cooked and slightly cooled before ready for collection).
Choice of seasonal fruit used for bottling session (peaches, nectarines, plums , apricots and more - all freshly picked from the orchard).
Spots are limited per session, max of 30 per session.
