Expect to find local Yarra Valley Pasta, Buxton trout, Healesville venison, heirloom Don Valley carrots, Gembrook potatoes, Wandin cherries, Seville strawberries, Yarra Valley Dairy cheese.
The menu will take you all over the region in an taste tour like no other. Drink spring release cherry cider, Four Pillars gin cherry fizz, Cherry Hill juices and non-alcoholic cherry fizz.
