CherryHill are running their first ever Lunar New Year Festival at their orchard in Wandin East. The festival will run from 16 - 19 January 2020, to celebrate the beginning of the new year on the traditional Chinese calendar.
The festival will be filled with a range of exciting Lunar New Year entertainment such as lion dancing shows, traditional drumming demonstrations, Kung Fu demos and beautiful calligraphy shows.
They will also be running a range of Asian inspired workshops suited for children and adults such as learning how to lion dance, play the traditional drums and also learning basic Kung Fu moves.
There will be delicious Asian inspired food trucks serving tasty Asian treats throughout the festival as well as plenty of cherries to buy for Lunar New Year gifts.
Please note although boxed cherries will be for sale during the event, cherry picking finishes on 5 January 2020.
