Australian Sleddog Tours

Australian Sleddog Tours takes groups of up to six people in the snow at Mt Buller. Tours run for between thirty minutes and three and a half hours, and include a snow sled ride, plus meet and greet time with the team of Siberian huskies and Dusty, the Australian kelpie.

Howling Husky Sled Dog Tours

Howling Husky run tours at Mt Hotham and Dinner Plain. They offer six different tour types, from half-hour snow dashes to five-hour adventures, winding through wilderness and backcountry trails. For a slower pace, let a retired sled dog take you on a fun showshoe walk.

Plan your visit to the snow to coincide with the inaugural Dinner Plan Dog Sled Sprint. The race takes place over two days in August, when more than 350 sled dogs come to the village with over 80 mushers in tow. Watch two-dog to eight-dog teams dash through the snow for the fastest overall time.
